The Opportunity
  • Collaborate with professional chefs to prepare and present diverse hot and cold dishes across food and beverage outlets.
  • Assist in the execution and plating of large-scale events for up to 1,500 guests.
  • Evaluate and maintain high standards of food safety protocols.
About You
  • You'll have proven experience in high-volume catering or events within a commercial kitchen environment.
  • A collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster.
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification).
