Education Lead Job Description

This role is responsible for driving community impact and behavioral change through education programs and campaigns. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience in communication or campaign management, and qualifications in communications, social marketing, or community engagement.

The Education Lead will lead campaigns to embed messaging and increase water literacy in the community. They will be capable of working autonomously and providing end-to-end delivery of community education programs to achieve maximum impact.

This role requires a collaborative leader who can build trusted relationships with the community and schools, and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for community and regional prosperity, and be willing to obtain necessary certifications if required.

As a key member of our team, the Education Lead will play a critical role in driving behavior change in the community and promoting water literacy.
