About the Role:

As an Assistant Category Manager, you'll work closely with the Category Manager to develop a range of products centered on key retail and trade customers. Your goal will be to integrate services and provide compelling solutions for Special Orders, making it easy for customers to shop across our digital stores and drive growth in Sales and Gross Profit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration: Provide accurate and timely administrative support to optimize category performance.
  • Sales and Performance Management: Assist in delivering sales, profit, and agreed category deliverables.
  • Product Management: Support effective product management across the category.
  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive business outcomes.

About You:

  • You'll have experience in a similar role, working in a cross-functional environment.
  • You'll have demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment with shifting priorities.
  • Experience working in an Omni-Channel Retailer is preferred.
  • Proficiency in SAP and BW is highly advantageous.
  • You'll have intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in MS Excel.
  • You'll be able to build and maintain strong business relationships both internally and externally.
  • You'll possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
