About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planner to join our team at Supercheap Auto. As a Demand Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring we have the right products in stock at the right time to meet customer demand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Forecasting and Demand Planning: Develop and maintain accurate forecasts of customer demand for products in your designated category.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure we have the optimal level of stock to meet customer demand, minimizing stockouts and overstocking.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including suppliers and logistics teams, to ensure seamless inventory management.
  • Analysis and Problem-Solving: Analyze data to identify trends and patterns, and develop solutions to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in planning or analytical roles in retail or FMCG industries.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
