Senior DevOps Lead

This role leads the development and maintenance of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, with a focus on driving automation and efficiency across the organization. As a Senior DevOps Lead, you will be responsible for mentoring and developing a team to design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines, collaborate with Agile teams to embed best practices, and ensure scalable, secure infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and prioritize delivery pipelines aligned with strategic goals, ensuring resource efficiency and execution excellence.
  • Champion Agile and DevOps practices, fostering a culture of accountability, automation, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive automation-first principles and standardization to streamline processes, improve quality, and reduce manual effort.
  • Mentor and develop team capability, promoting a learning culture and innovation.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of scripting experience with Python, Shell, JavaScript, Terraform, Ansible, and REST API integrations.
  • 5+ years of DevOps and CI/CD experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD.
  • Strong AWS experience: EC2, S3, VPC, networking, EKS (Kubernetes), and OpenShift.
  • Skill in cloud automation, scaling, monitoring, and networking concepts.
  • Proficient in Git version control and security/monitoring tools like Snyk and Dynatrace.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, deployment automation, and CI/CD testing.
