This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading

As a **Cloud DevOps Lead (AWS)**, you will offer expert system support and advice to customers, business partners, and internal teams. You'll need advanced AWS technology skills and experience in managing diverse cloud networks. This role also includes after-hours support via on-call or overtime arrangements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead advanced system administration services in AWS, ensuring high-quality support for external and internal customers.
- Provide technical leadership in architecture, presenting solutions to potential customers through workshops, demonstrations, and proof of concepts.
- Lead the design and implementation of cloud architecture solutions, ensuring they meet customer needs.
- Guide a team of technical specialists, driving improvements in management infrastructure and tools.
- Mentor team members and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and solution delivery.

**About You**: You'll have a combination of advanced technical skills and leadership qualities. We're looking for someone who can:

- Demonstrate extensive system administration experience in an enterprise environment.
- Deliver high-quality service to clients, consistently meeting deadlines and commitments.
- Build positive relationships with customers, team members, and stakeholders, acting as the technical point of contact for customer opportunities.
- Communicate complex infrastructure architecture clearly and proactively to a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Operate effectively within organizational processes while striving for continuous self-improvement.
- Develop solutions in areas like Digital Identity, Authentication, and API Information Sharing.

**Technical Requirements**:

- Expert AWS administration skills (infrastructure deployments, software updates).
- Experience in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Knowledge of secure DevOps practices, ensuring security compliance throughout the development lifecycle.
- Proficient in AWS technologies such as Kubernetes/Fargate, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, load balancing, and networking.
- Strong scripting and automation skills (shell, Python, JavaScript, CDK, Terraform).
- Extensive experience with Linux operating systems.
