DevOps Transformation Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Senior DevOps Lead to spearhead the development and advancement of our DevOps capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead delivery pipelines aligned with strategic goals, ensuring resource efficiency and execution excellence.
- Champion Agile and DevOps practices, fostering a culture of accountability, automation, and continuous improvement.
- Drive automation-first principles and standardisation to streamline processes, improve quality, and reduce manual effort.
- Mentor and develop team capability, promoting a learning culture and innovation.
- Lead the development, optimisation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines and related tooling.
- Enhance platform monitoring, proactively resolve issues, and lead incident management efforts.
- 8+ years scripting experience with Python, Shell, JavaScript, Terraform, Ansible, and REST API integrations.
- 5+ years DevOps and CI/CD experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD.
- Strong AWS experience: EC2, S3, VPC, networking, EKS (Kubernetes), and OpenShift.
- Skilled in cloud automation, scaling, monitoring, and networking concepts.
- Proficient in Git version control and security/monitoring tools like Snyk and Dynatrace.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, deployment automation, and CI/CD testing.
