We're seeking a seasoned expert to lead our clients' journey to modern technology delivery.

Job Overview

DevOps is about overseeing the entire lifecycle of software applications, from deployment and monitoring to maintenance and optimization. It's crucial for meeting business requirements and delivering value effectively.

This role involves guiding clients through adopting best practices in cloud, automation, and CI/CD pipelines to accelerate value delivery.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Clients: Understand their business drivers and translate them into modern DevOps solutions.
  • Design Infrastructure: Implement infrastructure and deployment pipelines across different environments and cloud providers.
  • Evolve CI/CD Strategies: Shape and evolve CI/CD strategies using tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
  • Optimize Containerized Applications: Operate and optimize containerized applications using Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.
  • Apply IaC Practices: Apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using Terraform, Bicep, Pulumi, or similar.
  • Advocate SRE Principles: Drive Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles, improving availability, scalability, and performance.
  • Drive Automation: Automate build, release, monitoring, and security pipelines.
  • Foster DevOps Culture: Lead workshops and advisory sessions to promote DevOps culture and adoption.
Requirements
  • 8+ Years of Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or platform reliability roles.
  • CI/CD Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in CI/CD practices across at least one major toolchain.
  • Cloud Experience: Experience with at least one major cloud provider; multi-cloud experience is a plus.
  • Agile and DevOps Skills: Strong grasp of Agile, DevOps, and SRE practices.
  • Automation Skills: Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and infrastructure automation.
  • IaC Skills: Skilled in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, etc.).
  • Scripting and Automation: Scripting and automation experience (Bash, PowerShell, or Python).
  • Communication Skills: Good stakeholder engagement and consultancy skills, able to influence, present, and advise senior audiences.
