About us
A dynamic opportunity has arisen for a Performance Manager to join our team. As part of our growing organization, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our new Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program across various regions in New South Wales and Queensland.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with Regional Managers to implement the IEA quality and performance framework, tracking progress against key milestones, and providing training, coaching, and guidance on quality and performance within the IEA contract.

As a strategic thinker with a sharp eye for detail, you will contribute to strategic planning and organizational development, helping shape initiatives that enhance service quality and client outcomes. You will also liaise with external partners, funders, and stakeholders on reporting, evaluation, and continuous quality improvement efforts.

You are a results-driven professional with experience in quality assurance, performance monitoring, or program evaluation, ideally within the social impact, disability, or employment sectors. You possess excellent analytical, reporting, and project management skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
