**Let us tell you about the role**:
We are looking for an Ongoing Part-Time Support Professional in Hampton East, Victoria.

**Hours**:We have one part-time roster line available.To view the roster, please clickhere.

In this role you will provide participants with high quality support and care that addresses individual needs and enhances indepedence, abilities, community participation and quality of life in support of the participant's individual goals and aspirations.

**What is essential?**
- Unrestricted drivers licence in the state in which you wish to work.
- Current first aid and medication certificates.

**What is desirable?**
- An appropriate qualification, which is recognised by Possability and is relevant to the work required tobe performed.
- Previous experience in a relevant industry, service or an equivalent level of expertise and experience to undertake the range of activities required.
