**Let us tell you about the roles**:
We are looking for five Ongoing Part-Time Support Professional in Carnegie, Victoria.

**Hours**:We have five part-time roster lines available (50-60 hours per fortnight). Please click to view the following rosters; Roster 1; Roster 2; Roster 3; Roster 4; Roster 6.

In this role you will provide participants with high quality support and care that addresses individual needs and enhances indepedence, abilities, community participation and quality of life in support of the participant's individual goals and aspirations.

**What is essential?**
- Unrestricted drivers licence in the state in which you wish to work.
- Current first aid and medication certificates.

**What is desirable?**
- An appropriate qualification, which is recognised by Possability and is relevant to the work required to be performed.
- Previous experience in a relevant industry, service or an equivalent level of expertise and experience to undertake the range of activities required.
