Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Master Data Specialist. As the guardian of data integrity, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of data across our systems.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive process excellence, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and make a real impact in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage master data creation, updates, and maintenance for products and materials
  • Partner with suppliers to ensure accurate ranging, de-ranging, and new line creation processes
  • Lead master data cleansing and validation efforts
  • Provide user support and training across SAP and related systems
  • Coordinate data migration and synchronization between legacy and SAP platforms
  • Resolve data-related issues and stakeholder enquiries
Requirements
  • Experience working in a data-related role, ideally within the FMCG or healthcare industry
  • Experience with SAP and IBP Planning
  • Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel
  • Financial acumen and familiarity with SharePoint (desirable)
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Team-oriented and collaborative
  • Calm under pressure and adaptable to change
  • Proactive with a willingness to learn
