Job Overview

As a fast-growing business, we are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team in the SEQ region with the ability to travel where required throughout QLD & NSW.

The ideal candidate will have experience supervising multiple projects with exceptional customer service skills and a high standard of quality.

Responsibilities include managing large value repairs, assessing and reporting on property damage, managing client relationships, and ensuring jobs are progressing smoothly and without delay.

A valid QBCC Supervisors License or ability to obtain is required, along with trade qualifications and a strong focus on safety, technology, and quality.

Key performance indicators for this role include managing time frames, Quality Control, and Workplace Health Safety.

  • Supervise and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Develop and maintain excellent client relationships.
  • Ensure jobs are completed on time and within budget.
