Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and perform reconciliations with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Prepare BAS, PAYG and superannuation reporting ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Support month end and year end close processes by collaborating with external accountants and auditors as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in accounts payable and receivable functions with a solid understanding of accounting principles.
  • An intermediate level of proficiency in Xero software is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
  • A proven track record of meeting deadlines and prioritising tasks efficiently.
  • An intermediate level of expertise in Word and Excel is also required.
