This is a part-time role providing financial support services to an organisation.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate financial records for accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Perform bank reconciliations, account balancing, and BAS reporting.
- Support month end and year end close processes.
- Liaise with external accountants and auditors as required.
- Contribute to general administrative duties.
- At least 3 years' experience in accounts payable and receivable functions with accounting knowledge.
- High level of attention to detail and quality accuracy of work.
- Experience using Xero software for account management.
- Strong reconciliation skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate level of Word and Excel skills.
