Employment Consultant Role

This is a dynamic role that involves empowering job seekers to achieve sustainable employment outcomes.

The ideal candidate will be able to manage a high-volume caseload, actively engage with work-ready job seekers, and provide participants with the tools and confidence to enter the workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a high-volume caseload of job seekers
  • Actively engage with 'work ready' job seekers to secure sustainable employment outcomes including reverse marketing to employers
  • Clearly identify and address barriers preventing jobseekers from being job ready
  • Provide participants with the tools and confidence to enter the workforce
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think on your feet and adapt to challenging situations and an ever-changing environment
  • Demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding business KPI's and targets
  • Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
