About Our Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Employment Support Professional to deliver high-level customer service by matching customers with effective interventions and helping them become job-ready and find sustainable employment.

  • Our ideal candidate will work closely with customers to identify and address employment and non-employment-related barriers, empowering them to achieve their goals.
  • They will ensure customers understand the program requirements and expectations, and identify and coordinate assistance for customers to improve their employment prospects.
  • The successful applicant will deliver and facilitate group-based sessions to support customers in improving their non-vocational skills and job search ability, as well as maintain relationships with community organisations to provide holistic support.
  • They will also review customers' requirements regularly to ensure tailored support is provided, and conduct reverse marketing calls to employers to support job placement.
About You:
  • You are passionate about supporting your community and connecting people to opportunities.
  • You are results-driven but people-focused, with well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
  • You possess professionalism and finely-honed customer service skills when providing support, and are proficient in computer applications, including Windows and MS Office.
  • You understand and can work within a contractual compliant environment, and may have relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in Employment Services or related fields.
  • You hold a current driver's licence and are willing to undergo a satisfactory Police Check and Working with Children Card as a pre-condition of employment.
