Organisation Transformation Specialist

About the Role
This is an exciting time for our organization as we expand our Organisational Change Management capability to meet emerging client needs. Our team delivers change management services across projects that implement Cognizant's array of solutions, including SAP and Salesforce implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering full suite of OCM services on client initiatives
- Designing and delivering high-quality client deliverables
- Communicating with key client stakeholders and leaders
- Participating in workshops to address client needs
- Project planning and estimation
- Representation of OCM in Client RFP or Proposal work
Requirements:
- Expertise in OCM, consulting background, and strong business acumen
- Proven experience in mobilizing and managing change initiatives or change workstreams
- Strong presentation skills, including preparing succinct documents or artefacts
- Demonstrated experience in developing the full suite of OCM deliverables
