Job Overview
We are seeking a Revenue Systems Expert to join our Commerce team. As the specialist in revenue systems, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our booking and revenue data reporting systems.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work with our Sales and Technology teams to drive business growth through effective system strategies.
Main Responsibilities:
- System Management: In-depth understanding of our advertising trading systems across television, radio, and digital platforms.
- Guidance and Support: Providing expert guidance to our National Sales team as the super-user of sales systems.
- Insight Generation: Gaining valuable insights into commerce functions and yield & inventory management requirements of each platform.
- Collaboration and Strategy: Collaborating with team members to prioritize, plan, and execute system strategies as required.
- Testing and Development: Leading testing efforts for key revenue systems development.
- Innovation and Solutions: Playing a key role in developing new revenue data solutions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaising between Sales and Technology teams as the advocate for the Sales function.
- Training and Documentation: Leading commerce efforts for sales system training requirements, including user induction, documentation, and training plans.
- Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Troubleshooting and problem-solving as the key stakeholder where ad-hoc situations occur.
- Project Leadership: Leading sales systems initiatives as a project lead.
Requirements:
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and ability to deliver insightful reporting.
- Data Analytics: Strong understanding of audience data analytics & measurement.
- Communication: Ability to communicate information to various stakeholders in a tailored and appropriate style.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and advanced Excel skills.
