Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead agile ceremonies, contribute to Release Train activities, and support their team in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate agile meetings and workshops.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes.
  • Support team members in achieving their goals and objectives.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to enhance team performance.
  • Create and manage project backlogs, sprint plans, and blockers.
  • Implement continuous integration and delivery practices using Agile methodologies.
  • Build strong working relationships with stakeholders through open communication and collaboration.
  • Resolve conflicts and issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical leadership roles with a proven understanding of Agile SAFe SDLC and software delivery.
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master for Salesforce-based solutions.
  • Scrum Master Certification is a plus.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring teams in Agile methodologies and techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence team culture and lead by example.
  • Proven experience in facilitation, conflict resolution, and driving continual improvement.
  • Experience in people management and health industry knowledge.
  • Proficiency in one or more of the following: Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Health Cloud, Salesforce Community Cloud.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

Eligibility:

  • Must be an Australian Citizen eligible for baseline security clearance.
