Senior Business Director

We're seeking a visionary leader to drive reinvention and creative excellence across our client portfolio.

This role involves leading the day-to-day management of key client partnerships, overseeing strategic direction, creative development, and operational delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders to identify business goals and competitors.
  • Guiding the creative and strategic direction of clients' businesses and brands.
  • Contributing to and evaluating creative work to enhance craft quality.
  • Collaborating with the leadership team on brand platform development and integrated campaigns.
  • Overseeing shoots, campaign execution, and quarterly business planning.
  • Fostering growth and development in junior team members.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 6+ years' experience in Account Management or a related field.
  • Excellent stakeholder management techniques.
  • Confident and influential with a strong strategic and creative point of view.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and managing revenue pipelines.
  • The ability to balance precision with agility in a fast-changing environment.
  • A passion for effective creative and empowering others through mentoring and leadership.
