Digital Key Account Manager

Our team is seeking a Digital Business Partner to support adidas' business with THE ICONIC by driving digital sell-out, improving brand presentation, and enhancing the consumer experience through data analysis and performance tracking.

The ideal candidate will act as a digital specialist for THE ICONIC to support the rollout of Digital Partner Commerce (DPC) initiatives and provide insights to ensure adidas' products are consistently visible and optimized on the platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, product page views, click-through rates, average order value, and return on ad spend to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Support the global and regional rollout of DPC initiatives and ensure execution meets THE ICONIC's requirements.
  • Ensure product content is accurate, consistent, and optimized across all digital touchpoints.
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver seasonal activations and prepare reporting packs using tools like Power BI and Similarweb.
  • Contribute to performance reviews and seasonal sell-in processes by providing data-driven insights.
KPIs:
  • Accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
  • Improvements in KPIs such as conversion rates, availability, and return on ad spend.
  • Consistency of product content and visibility across THE ICONIC.
