**About You**

You have experience marketplace mapping to ensure brand and employee value proposition executions and experiences created are insight-led, easily digestible, memorable and compelling. You have excellent knowledge in Facebook, Google Ads, LinkedIn, SEEK and Indeed paid and organic campaign delivery. You have proven experience eDM development, delivery, measurement and reporting and employer brand content delivery, with a focus on producing video and short-medium form copy for deployment across social media and career site assets.

**About the Role**

Support the delivery of the Talent Strategy and Innovation strategy by increasing employer brand salience through the development and delivery of insight-led, memorable and integrated employer brand executions and employee value propositions. The Digital Marketing Business Partner reports to the Head of Talent Strategy and Innovation, whilst working closely with other Talent Management Heads, Senior Talent Business Partners and Talent Business Partners within the Talent Management. The Digital Marketing Business Partner will also partner with members of the Corporate Affairs team, Contract management colleagues and colleagues within the Operations and People & Capability divisions. Externally, they will liaise with creative agencies, digital marketing agencies, job board outlets, media outlets and talent information and communication systems partners.

To be successful you will have:_**
- Marketing degree or relevant qualification.
- Entry level role ideally suiting recent graduate.
- Exposure/experience with end-to-end management of social media organic and paid campaigns
- Exposure/experience with Google Ads campaign management
- Exposure/experience with using content management systems
- Exposure/experience with using Adobe Creative Cloud suite of products (Photoshop/InDesign desirable)
