Job Title:

A pivotal role within our Student Support Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor student performance to identify risks and provide prompt support for improvement and retention
  • Act as liaison between students and University contacts to facilitate resolution of student concerns
  • Establish effective relationships with staff, faculty, and program directors to ensure timely issue resolution
  • Assist with student registration through direct activities or advising processes
  • Forecast enrolment numbers and contribute to course scheduling recommendations
  • Maintain accurate student records and documentation of interactions via database management tools

This position involves developing close relationships with campus offices to address add/drop procedures, module scheduling, and student needs. Additionally, you will communicate programme changes and value propositions to marketing and recruitment teams.

Deliver new student orientations covering key information on procedures, policies, goals, and objectives, including technical guidance and problem resolution.
