Brisbane CBD is a hub for higher education. At Russo Higher Education, we're seeking a full-time Executive Manager Learner Support based in Brisbane. Working closely with James Cook University, you'll ensure students receive necessary support for academic and non-academic success throughout their student lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering core student success initiatives related to orientation, academic preparedness, transition, graduation, and student communication to foster a collaborative approach to service delivery.
  • Improving student retention, progression, success, and satisfaction by identifying and supporting at-risk students through provision of academic and non-academic support services and interventions.
  • Contributing to the delivery of academic programs through provision of enabling support for educators including scheduling, enrolments, course and study planning, and examinations support to ensure educational and student support initiatives align with the University's strategic objectives and comply with relevant legislative and institutional requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Apart from an appropriate tertiary qualification combined with relevant work experience in an educational context.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of educational policies and regulations, including Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA).
  • Experience leading and managing a team of professional staff in an education context.
