Job Title: Senior IT Support SpecialistDescription

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT support specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and troubleshooting services to clients across multiple sites, both on-site and remotely.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, with experience in providing high-level support for Windows and Mac systems, as well as knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure, including Active Directory and Group Policy Objects. Experience in supporting mobile and audio visual technologies is also essential.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to document processes and work instructions effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting services to clients
  • Install, configure and maintain server operating systems
  • Develop and maintain documentation of customer infrastructures and organisational operational guidelines
  • Use service management software to actively monitor tickets and maintain accurate information about job status
Requirements
  • Qualifications equivalent to an undergraduate degree in IT or related field
  • Experience in providing high-level support for Windows and Mac systems
  • Knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure, including Active Directory and Group Policy Objects
  • Experience in supporting mobile and audio visual technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
