Executive Lead for Artificial Intelligence

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Lead to spearhead our artificial intelligence initiatives, driving strategic leadership and technical expertise in AI adoption across the enterprise.

  • Spearhead the development of a comprehensive AI strategy, identifying high-value use cases and implementing scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the implementation of machine learning operations frameworks and infrastructure, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, influencing decision-making and driving business outcomes.

Requirements

  • In-depth experience in senior leadership roles, delivering AI-driven transformation programs with proven success in enterprise technology delivery at scale.
  • Exceptional experience in complex project management, preferably in banking and financial services, coupled with a proven track record in portfolio AI or data-driven transformation projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing AI platforms and data transformation initiatives.
  • Experience working in highly regulated industries, particularly financial services.
  • Deep expertise in building high-performance AI infrastructure and designing ML Operations frameworks and platforms at enterprise scale.
  • Proven success leading high-performing technical teams in complex transformation initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence across organisational boundaries.
  • Experience in agile ways of working and agile at scale approaches.
