As an Engagement Strategist, you will be responsible for spearheading customer initiatives, identifying business use cases, mapping them to our solutions, and driving measurable results. Your expertise in business consulting, digital strategy, agile software development, enterprise software, AI/ML, cloud deployments, and data integration will be invaluable in leading successful digital transformation projects.
- Customer Leadership
- Drive large-scale creative and marketing operations transformations using our AI-driven solutions as catalysts for change.
- Establish trusted advisor relationships with key customer collaborators by showcasing your deep understanding of AI applications and digital strategy aligned to the customer's goals.
- Proactively address customer challenges and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
- Build trust, confidence, and advocacy for the project team.
- Develop executive communication plans that highlight progress and value, maintaining enthusiasm for AI-driven transformation efforts within a governance framework.
- Product Leadership
- Develop comprehensive AI and digital transformation strategies using our AI technologies and models to solve complex business challenges for enterprise customers.
- Collaborate with customer executives to define use cases, build requirements for engineers, lead solution configuration and deployment, drive adoption, and ensure business value realization.
- Facilitate workshops and strategic planning sessions to identify high-impact opportunities for AI implementation.
- Design scalable frameworks that integrate AI capabilities into customers' existing technology ecosystems and workflows.
- Create proof-of-concept implementations that demonstrate the transformative potential of AI offerings.
- Value Realization and Adoption
- Partner with C-suite executives to articulate vision, establish success metrics, and secure ongoing commitment for transformation initiatives.
- Monitor implementation progress against business goals, adjusting strategies to overcome adoption barriers and improve value realization.
- Drive solution adoption through enablement sessions and demonstrations, partnering with Customer Success Managers and Enablement resources for comprehensive plans.
Requirements
You'll need 4-10+ years of experience in business consulting, digital strategy, agile software development lifecycle, enterprise software, AI/ML, cloud deployments, and data integration. You must be customer-focused and able to prioritize the customer's needs and expectations first. A proven track record of leading successful digital transformation initiatives for enterprise clients is essential. Familiarity with AI and Adobe Creative Cloud solutions is highly desirable.
