AI Transformation Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Transformation Specialist to lead strategic implementations and drive adoption of cutting-edge AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer outcomes by implementing AI-driven projects across multiple industries.
  • Define and manage structured onboarding and deployment projects to ensure seamless adoption and measurable success.
  • Guide organizations through the adoption journey by providing change management expertise to maximize the impact of AI solutions.
  • Train, educate, and enable users to drive adoption and value.
  • Own the technical deployment of AI solutions, including advanced capabilities.
  • Design and lead training programs for audiences ranging from senior executives to working teams.
  • Codify best practices and playbooks based on interactions with customers.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to internal stakeholders, and identify themes to incorporate into product planning.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless handoff and ongoing relationship management.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 6+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, engaging C-level technical audiences with complex global organizations.
  • Experience leading complex implementations of Generative AI/traditional ML solutions and driving measurable business outcomes.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, particularly when engaging with executives and leaders.
  • A humble attitude, eagerness to help others, and a desire to pick up whatever knowledge you're missing to make both your team and our customers succeed.
  • High horsepower, strong problem-solving skills, adept at frequent context switching, effectively managing working on multiple projects at once with expansive ownership, and ruthlessly prioritizing.
  • A solid track record of delivering and scaling an exceptional customer experience.
  • Personal commitment to fostering the safe and ethical evolution of AI.
