We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reliability Maintenance Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team and drive reliability and maintenance excellence within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the engineering team and own the annual reporting responsibilities for the team.
- Work with the site Safety department and Site Leadership to implement, record, and audit safety and statutory compliance programs to provide a safe working environment for all staff.
- Work with the recruitment team to ensure allocated headcount is filled with high-quality experienced staff.
- Implement standards validated by the AU Engineering team and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to create or update standards as required.
- Maintain equipment failure contingency plans and coordinate rehearsals with affected parties.
- Maintain a long-term focus by working with Site Management, Finance, the AU Engineering team, and internal design teams to plan for future growth, upgrades, or new equipment rollouts.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience of engineering team leadership.
- Employee and performance management experience.
- Distribution or manufacturing field with equivalent mechanical or electrical field experience.
- Facilities management, office management, corporate administrative services, or hospitality management experience.
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience/2+ years of Amazon experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in design review process to incorporate electrical, mechanical, automation controls solutions to drive equipment reliability and standards.
- Experience in automated conveyors systems and controls, electrical and electronic principles, blueprint and electrical schematic reading, CMMS programs, preventive maintenance procedures, industrial electrical, industrial controls, industrial electronics.
