Reliability Maintenance Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reliability Maintenance Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team and drive excellence in equipment reliability and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the engineering team and mentor direct reports to achieve high levels of safety and equipment availability.
  • Work with the site safety department and site leadership to implement and audit safety and statutory compliance programs.
  • Develop and implement standards for maintenance and reliability, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain equipment failure contingency plans and coordinate rehearsals with affected parties.
  • Work with site management, finance, and internal design teams to plan for future growth and upgrades.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in engineering team leadership and employee management.
  • Experience in design review process and preventive maintenance procedures.
  • Knowledge of automated conveyor systems and controls, electrical and electronic principles, and CMMS programs.
  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
