**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Maintenance Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team and drive reliability and maintenance excellence within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the engineering team and ensure the implementation of safety and statutory compliance programs.
  • Work with the site safety department and site leadership to develop and maintain safety and statutory compliance programs.
  • Develop and implement standards for equipment maintenance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure the hiring of high-quality experienced staff.
  • Maintain equipment failure contingency plans and coordinate rehearsals with affected parties.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in engineering team leadership.
  • Employee and performance management experience.
  • Distribution or manufacturing field experience with equivalent mechanical or electrical field experience.
  • Facilities management, office management, corporate administrative services, or hospitality management experience.
  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience/ 2+ years of Amazon experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in design review process to incorporate electrical, mechanical, automation controls solutions to drive equipment reliability and standards.
  • Experience in automated conveyors systems and controls, electrical and electronic principles, blueprint and electrical schematic reading, CMMS programs, preventive maintenance procedures, industrial electrical, industrial controls, industrial electronics.
