\Job Opportunity: Rehabilitation Expert

We are seeking a skilled rehabilitation expert to support individuals who have sustained physical and/or psychological injuries at work. As a key member of our team, you will apply your clinical reasoning skills and expertise to develop holistic care approaches for clients, managing their journey from rehabilitation to recovery.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Tailoring career pathways that meet individual career goals
  • Supporting clients to return to work or find new employment through rehabilitation plans
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve common objectives

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current registration or membership with relevant industry bodies (e.g., AHPRA or ESSA)
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, or Nursing
  • Strong clinical reasoning abilities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
