About the Role

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Assistant to join our team at a globally recognized luxury brand. As a key member of our digital retail team, you will play a crucial role in driving online sales and enhancing the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the selection, pricing, and showcasing of luxury products online, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience.
  • Manage product listings, descriptions, and images to maintain a high level of quality and accuracy.
  • Provide exceptional customer support, resolving issues and turning challenges into opportunities to delight our customers.
  • Oversee the order process from start to finish, ensuring smooth operations and satisfied customers.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to launch digital campaigns and promote our luxury products.
  • Analyze sales data and website analytics to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Work closely with our tech team to maintain our e-commerce platform and ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications in digital marketing, business, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in retail e-commerce environments, with a passion for luxury retail.
  • A detail-oriented multitasker with a positive attitude and a love for learning.
  • A strong communicator with excellent team collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in digital tools such as Shopify, Hybris, and Microsoft Office.
  • A curiosity for digital marketing and analytics, with a desire to expand skills and grow with our company.
