As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating new sales leads, reconnecting with existing warm leads, and effectively communicating our client's products, offers, and pricing to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion: Oversee trading operations and drive market expansion within the Chinese community in Sydney.
- Sales Strategy: Attract new clients and foster long-term, productive relationships to encourage ongoing sales and repeat business.
- Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain multi-layered relationships with existing customers, working closely with the Customer Support team to address inquiries, resolve complaints, and tackle challenges.
- Sales Performance: Design and implement sales strategies tailored to various customer segments, manage marketing activities, and assist customers in enhancing their sales performance.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and provide insights to support sourcing strategies.
- Customer Insights: Gather and interpret customer needs from a product development perspective through data analysis, and relay this information to the Product Sourcing team.
- Competitive Advantage: Monitor and assess data and market conditions to identify competitive advantages, emerging trends, and market gaps.
- Customer Success: Summarize operational techniques for customers, develop customer success stories, and enhance service value.
- Contract Negotiation: Renegotiate contracts with key customers as they approach expiration, seeking upgrades to higher-tier packages.
Requirements:
- Experience: Over 2 years of direct experience in lead generation and sales conversion.
- Social E-commerce Experience: Experience with social e-commerce business operations, including managing WeChat groups.
- Personal Organization: Strong personal organization and structured approach to work.
- Language Skills: Bilingual with proficiency in both Mandarin and English.
- Communication Skills: Client-focused with excellent communication skills and a strong service orientation.
- Adaptability: Agile and able to adapt to continuous changes within the company.
- Analytical Skills: Highly analytical with a good understanding of eCommerce key performance indicators.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Knowledgeable about the latest trends in digital marketing and eCommerce.
- Team Management: Experience in team management.
