Strategic Sourcing Specialist

Seeking a highly skilled Procurement Expert to source alternative factory options and find suppliers for new product designs.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver key projects by distilling business goals into clear objectives.
- Proactively engage with factories in various countries, navigating cultural, linguistic, and geopolitical differences.
- Lead the onboarding process for suppliers, including site visits, audits, and assessments.
- Experience in procurement and sourcing products, materials, or components in the furniture/mattress industry.
- Familiarity with custom product designs and manufacturers from diverse countries.
- Able to conduct supplier audits, negotiate tenders, and evaluate manufacturing solutions.
- Comfortable with uncertainty, change, and tight deadlines.
