Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering high-impact procurement solutions. As a key member of our procurement function, you will play a critical role in shaping our procurement strategy and driving business value.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in procurement or commercial roles, with a proven track record of contracting, tendering, stakeholder engagement, and negotiations. You will be an expert in your field, able to provide consultative advice and support to internal stakeholders, and work collaboratively with vendors and suppliers to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with business objectives
  • Managing the procurement process from initiation to completion, including contract negotiation and award
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on procurement-related matters
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key vendors and suppliers
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in procurement or commercial roles
  • Strong capability in contracting, tendering, stakeholder engagement, and negotiations
  • A bachelor degree and/or relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain management, facilities management, business management, or a related discipline
