ORIX is on the lookout for a Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead our sourcing initiatives across direct and indirect spend categories. Included In What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing, driving efficiency and cost savings.
  • Build and manage relationships with key suppliers, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and identify new opportunities.
  • Oversee supplier performance, ensuring alignment with ORIX's business objectives.

What You Have
  • 3+ years of end-to-end procurement experience.
  • People management skills and experience.
  • Strong negotiation skills and proven track record in supplier relationship management
  • Analytical skills and proven capability developing and presenting reports.
  • Category management experience.
  • A collaborative, adaptable approach with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
