**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide all customers with memorable, personal and unique drinking and dining experiences
- Ensure product is consistently of high standard
- Maintain bar preparation, set-up and standards at the highest level

**What You'll Bring:**

- Experience in a busy cocktail bar
- Excellent knowledge of cocktails, wine, food especially whisky is highly preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for hospitality and desire to further your career in this industry
