Casual Bar Staff

We are seeking a skilled bar professional to deliver exceptional service in our upscale dining establishment.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve premium cocktails, wines and spirits with precision and flair.
  • Provide friendly and professional bar service that exceeds guest expectations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized and well-presented bar area at all times.
  • Evaluate and implement effective methods to optimize bar operations during service hours.
  • Uphold industry standards of responsible service at all times.

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

  • Valid RSA certification and a valid visa to work in Australia.
  • Prior experience in high-end cocktail bars.
  • Excellent presentation, punctuality and responsibility skills.
  • A strong ability to provide exceptional customer service - our top priority.
  • In-depth knowledge of wine and cocktails.
  • A proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
