Pittwater RSL Club has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Cocktail Bar Tender to join our team and work in the Clubs beautifully appointed Distillery Bar. We are looking for a Mixologist who has a real passion for Cocktails and high end spirits and wants to spread the word and educate our members and guests about our specialty bar.

As a Cocktail Bar Tender for Pittwater RSL Club you will be committed to providing a personalised service and you will use your expertise to develop, establish and maintain quality standards and procedures and relationships with our members and guests.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Working with the Service Manager to implement a unique customer experience
- Maintain standard operating procedures for the Distillery bar
- Ensuring team members are trained and provide superior service and create memorable experiences for members and guests
- Respond to requests, enquiries and complaints and liaise with Service Manager regarding outcomes
- Maintain an overall knowledge of the clubs products, services, policies and procedures
- Show business acumen to optimise profitability of the operation

Your skills and experience will include high volume hospitality service in a fast paced environment. The role will require an exceptional level of communication, organisation, attention to detail, and commitment to providing and outstanding experience for the Clubs members and guests.

- Bar/cocktail experience
- Ability to work Friday, Saturday & Sunday
