The Role
This exciting opportunity exists within our organization, reporting directly to Team Leader Customer Engagement. As a Vacancy & Occupancy Coordinator, you will play a critical role in filling Supported Independent Living (SIL) vacancies across the state, leveraging internal and external relationships to promote Activ's suite of services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with referrers, decision-makers, and families to develop a robust pipeline of leads.
- Build and nurture extensive relationships with customers and their families, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and preferences.
- Secure and manage NDIS funding for customers, tailoring services to their individual needs and funding capabilities.
- Negotiate effectively with planners to address customers' support needs.
- Develop a comprehensive knowledge of Activ's accommodation services and vacancies state-wide.
- Analyse market trends and customer needs to develop growth strategies and enhance service delivery.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability).
- A First Aid Certificate.
- A valid Driver's Licence.
- A National Police Clearance.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
