We are seeking a professional with excellent customer service skills to join our team as a Sales and Service Representative. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences in person, over the phone, and online.

This is a casual role that requires weekend availability and penalty rates apply. However, we offer a competitive package that includes attractive employee benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.

As a Sales and Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing genuine service and creating moments that matter for our customers
  • Contributing to positive sales performance through strong customer service skills
  • Maintaining exceptional showroom presentation and merchandising standards
  • Processing stock, receiving, dispatching, and storing
  • Being an enthusiastic, cooperative, and collaborative team member who contributes to a positive team culture

This role will require lifting, bending, and climbing, so it's essential that you have a strong physical presence and can perform these tasks safely.
