We seek a skilled professional to oversee daily operations and lead a team in delivering high-quality care services on a permanent full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing, implementing and monitoring nurse care plans to ensure personalised and high-quality care for residents
  • Utilising expertise of aged care standards, governance processes, staff management and compliance with AN-ACC to drive service excellence
  • Conducting comprehensive assessments, investigating issues and ensuring adherence to aged care policies and standards
About You
  • Permanent Full-Time current nursing registration with AHPRA
  • Minimum 3 years post-registration experience as an RN, preferably Senior Registered Nurse or Clinical Nurse Leader
  • Proven knowledge of current aged care standards, accreditation processes, auditing requirements, AN-ACC and NDIS Worker Check
  • Effective leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
