Bowen is currently seeking a Senior Crisis Management Specialist to provide strategic support in planning, coordination, and continuous improvement of crisis management services. The role involves oversight of related procedures, systems, and initiatives to ensure they remain effective, compliant, and fit-for-purpose.
- Provide visible leadership to the crisis management team to ensure safe and stable operations.
- Maintain oversight of crisis management systems, procedures, and compliance to ensure current and effective practices.
- Lead performance reporting and insights using data to drive decision-making.
- Manage contracts related to crisis management to optimise operational and financial performance.
- Demonstrate financial stewardship by managing operational costs within budget constraints.
- Facilitate and lead training exercises and system improvements for incident management.
- Tertiary qualification in crisis management or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in crisis management or a related field preferably within a high-risk environment.
- Able to lead multidisciplinary teams, make risk-based decisions under pressure, and ensure effective response and recovery during crisis events.
