Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Officer to provide technical support for our financial management system.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and resolving issues arising with the system, integrating with other systems, and providing advice and assistance to staff.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for the system
  • Manage user access and permissions
  • Develop enhancements for the system
  • Provide administrative support for the Finance area

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in finance system administration support
  • Tertiary qualifications in Systems, Finance, Commerce/Business or equivalent academic specialisation
  • Strong customer focus, excellent communication abilities, stakeholder relationship, and interpersonal skills
