About the Role
Our Federal Government Client is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator.

This is a long-term 12 month contract role with long-term extension options available if required, located at our client's Canberra office.

As the selected candidate, you will:
  • provide level 3 business-as-usual (BAU) support services for critical ICT systems and work with project teams to prepare and implement solution designs;
  • work under section leadership, work as part of a team of system administrators, take ownership of one or more technologies providing specialist skills, and support other system administrators by providing back-up support in their areas of expertise;
  • lead and be responsible for the level 3 support of one or more technologies, with back-up support from similarly skilled system administrators; and
  • be involved in project design reviews and support implementation of solution designs and transition into service.
To be successful in this role you should have:
  • a minimum 5 years of providing administration and level-3 support of ICT systems.
  • a high level ICT skills in Microsoft Dynamics CRM administration (Microsoft Dynamics on-premises and Dynamics 365).
  • a high level ICT skills in Microsoft Active Directory Federated Services (v4 and later) and Azure EntraId administration, in particular to manage Single Sign-On configuration between partner agencies and TLS/SSL certificate renewals.
  • a high level ICT skills in Microsoft Azure administration, in particular to manage Devops releases and integration connector services.
  • a current NV1 security clearance or higher
Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian citizens already holding an NV1 level security clearance or higher.
