The APS4 Finance Systems Officer role involves a significant contribution to the Finance team's operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting finance system administration for TechOne, encompassing issue resolution and integration with other systems, as well as maintaining a helpdesk function.
  • Providing expert advice, assistance, and training to staff on utilizing TechOne, focusing on procurement, contract management, travel, and timesheets.
  • Managing user access to the TechOne system, ensuring seamless functionality and efficient workflow.
  • Collaborating in the development of enhancements for TechOne, such as testing new reports, dashboards, and forms.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in finance system administration support is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated customer focus, excellent communication skills, stakeholder relationship, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • A tertiary qualification in Systems, Finance, Commerce/Business or equivalent academic specialization is highly desirable.
