As a Senior Consultant in Merchant Acquiring, you will be responsible for collaborating with merchants to deliver innovative payment solutions. Australian businesses face technical complexity, e-commerce, operational efficiency, transactional banking, cloud adoption, and complex integration requirements. Each day, you'll contribute to:
- Customer Growth & Support:
- Support and grow your merchant relationships, fostering collaboration and driving sales of innovative payment solutions.
- Identify new sales opportunities for existing clients.
- Product Expertise & Sales Enablement:
- Develop and maintain product sales expertise in key customer conversations.
- Provide technical insights to the Transaction Banking teams.
- Thought Leadership & Education:
- Offer thought leadership on acquiring, payments, and transaction solutions.
- Educate banking teams (transactional bankers, generalists) on Merchant Acquiring best practices.
- Implementation Support:
- Work closely with implementation teams to ensure seamless customer setup.
- Strong knowledge of transactional banking, acquiring, and payments products.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experienced in strategic sales conversations about acquiring solutions.
- Passionate about staying up-to-date on payments industry trends and regulations.
