We seek an experienced and forward-thinking leader to ensure that the commitment we make through our Employee Value Proposition is delivered in the experience our people have every day.

Reporting to the Executive Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in aligning employee experience with our group purpose, values, and behaviours to foster a high-performance, inclusive, and values-led culture that directly impacts customer satisfaction and business success.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement our Group-wide employee listening and insights strategy that drives strategic workforce decisions through real-time feedback, analytics, and storytelling.

- Champion our culture, purpose, and values across the organisation, ensuring they are aligned across leadership behaviours and decision-making frameworks.

- Oversee the full employee lifecycle experience—including onboarding, engagement, recognition, and EVP.

- Lead and evolve our internal and external EVP strategy, partnering closely with employer brand, talent, and communications teams.

About You

As a seasoned employee experience or culture leader, you possess:

- A proven track record in leading complex people initiatives in large organisations.

- Deep expertise in engagement, culture, EVP, and employee insights strategies.

- Experience influencing at the executive level and using workforce data to drive business outcomes.

- The ability to design inclusive, human-centred strategies that scale across diverse employee groups.

- Strong commercial and strategic acumen, combined with a passion for people and purpose.
